A hillside family home overlooking the Collserola Natural Park. We opened the ground floor with a 6-metre sliding glass wall, specified reclaimed Catalan pine for ceiling beams, and designed a kitchen island in honed Calacatta marble. Total design fee: €89,500. FF&E budget: €124,000.
Hotel Mirador Girona
Boutique hotel prototype room and public area design for a medieval quarter property. Custom headboards in hand-woven linen, terracotta bathroom tiles from Manises, and a lobby bar clad in local river stone. Design fee: €96,000 across all phases.
Eixample Penthouse
Top-floor apartment with original Nolla mosaic flooring restored by specialist conservators. Modernised kitchen and bathrooms while preserving 1910 mouldings. Design fee: €62,400.

Indoor-outdoor dining concept with retractable awning integration, rattan seating from a Mallorcan workshop, and ambient lighting on dimmer circuits zoned by table section. Design and procurement fee: €71,200.

Compact studio optimised with a murphy bed system, built-in wardrobe wall, and fold-down dining table. Demonstrates our approach to small-space living without sacrificing material quality. Design fee: €19,800.
Diagonal Co-working Hub
120-desk co-working space with four phone booths, two 12-person meeting rooms, and a members' lounge. Acoustic ceiling baffles and carpet tile specification reduced ambient noise by 8 dB. Design fee: €118,000.
